We have to organize this in advance to make sure our driver is at your location on time. So, if you wish to use this service, please let us know the time of your arrival at Ella Town on your arrival date & time of departure on your departure date. 

If using public transport such as a train or bus, please advise us of the schedule you are taking so we can track for any potential delays.
